Crescent Facility Services (”CFS”) is a facility maintenance and construction company focused on serving the needs of multi-unit operators in the restaurant and retail industry throughout the Southeast, East Coast, and Texas. Founded in 2000 by a former national restaurant facility manager, our clients have relied on us for over 20 years to keep their facilities maintained in a manner that avoids disruption their day to day business operations. 

Crescent’s Service Technicians are capable of handling a wide variety of tasks including flooring, carpentry, painting, tile, siding, roof repairs, doors and hardware, and more. Our expansive network of vetted, specialty trade vendors allow us to be a one-call solution for our clients electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other needs as well. In 2022, we’re excited to launch our Maintenance Management Program, an innovative approach that marries technology and physical service for a turnkey solution to increase the longevity of your built assets.
